Er gibt uns Aufschluss \u00fcber unser Wohlbefinden und kann andersherum genutzt werden um unser Wohlbefinden, unsere mentale Kraft, k\u00f6rperliche Ausdauer und die Verbindung zu uns selbst zu beeinflussen und zu st\u00e4rken. Durch unseren gestressten Alltag und schnelles Leben haben wir oft den Zugang zum richtigen Atmen verloren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In dieser Fortbildung schauen wir uns an wie die Atmung K\u00f6rper und Geist \u00fcber das Nervensystem und viele physiologische und psychologische Prozesse beeinflusst. Dabei lernen wir gest\u00f6rte Atemmuster zu l\u00f6sen um den Atem wieder frei flie\u00dfen zu lassen, yogische Atemtechniken und wie wir sie f\u00fcr uns nutzen k\u00f6nnen, sowie das sinnvolle Erstellen, \u00dcben und Unterrichten von Atemreihen f\u00fcr bestimmte Bed\u00fcrfnisse oder Ziele (z.B.
