Dabei liegt der Fokus nicht mehr auf Muskeln allein, sondern auch auf das Einwirken auf das Nervensystem und das myofasziale System als Ganzes. Myofaszien sind die Verbindung aus Muskeln (Myo) und Faszien (Faszia).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faszien sorgen neben Stabilit\u00e4t, Kraft\u00fcbertragung und Elastizit\u00e4t auch f\u00fcr Flexibilit\u00e4t, Kommunikation innerhalb des K\u00f6rpers und den Schutz empfindlicher Strukturen. Wenn die Faszien verkleben, kann es zu St\u00f6rungen im Bewegungsapparat kommen, die sich auf den gesamten K\u00f6rper auswirken k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neben den Faszien spielt auch das Nervensystem eine gro\u00dfe Rolle f\u00fcr unsere Flexibilit\u00e4t und Beweglichkeit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In diesem Training werden wir uns intensiv mit den faszinierenden Aspekten der Faszien und den physiologischen Grundlagen des Stretchings auseinandersetzen und wie wir uns die Beschaffenheit des Nervensystems zu Nutze machen.
