Learn to Fly – Armbalancen Workshop

Take your practice to new heights as you learn to master inversions and arm balances.

In this workshop you will discover techniques to build strength, stability, and confidence while exploring poses like crow pose, side plank and flying pigeon pose.

Ana will guide you step by step through the poses and talk about key alignment techniques to take you from your feet onto your hands. The poses will be broken down into easier movements, so that the asana becomes easier (and less scary) to get into.

For armbalance-beginners and those who wish to refine their technique.
